How is it different from threading or waxing? Unlike threading or waxing, the Veloria trimmer is completely painless, causes zero redness or irritation, and can be done anywhere at any time — no appointment needed. It gives you the same clean, defined result without any of the discomfort or cost.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. The Veloria blade is hypoallergenic and specifically designed to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. It does not pull, tug, or irritate.

Can I use it on areas other than my eyebrows? Absolutely. Many customers use the Veloria trimmer on their upper lip, hairline, sideburns, and peach fuzz. It is designed for facial use and is gentle enough for all of these areas.

How long does the battery last? The Veloria trimmer is powered by a standard AAA battery, which typically lasts several months with daily use. Simply replace the battery when performance begins to reduce.

Is it waterproof? The trimmer is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. We recommend using it on dry skin and wiping the blade clean with a dry cloth after each use.

What is included in the box? Each Veloria Eyebrow Trimmer comes with the trimmer itself, a protective cap, and one AAA battery to get you started.


REPLACEMENT HEADS

How often should I replace the trimmer head? We recommend replacing your trimmer head every 4–6 weeks for optimal performance, hygiene, and skin safety. A fresh blade ensures a cleaner, more precise trim every time.

Where can I buy replacement heads? Replacement heads are available directly on our website. We recommend picking up a pack of 4 so you always have one ready when it's time to swap.

Are the replacement heads compatible with all Veloria trimmers? Yes. Our replacement heads are designed exclusively for the Veloria Eyebrow Trimmer and fit all versions of the device.

How do I replace the head? Simply twist the old head off and snap the new one into place. No tools required. It takes less than 10 seconds.


ORDERS

How do I place an order? Browse our products, select your preferred color and bundle option, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email support@byveloria.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I placed two separate orders — can you combine them? If both orders were placed within a short window, contact us at support@byveloria.co immediately and we will try to combine them before they are dispatched.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at support@byveloria.co with your name and order details and we will resend it.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping availability and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive? We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at support@byveloria.co and we will investigate immediately and resolve it for you.

Do you offer free shipping? Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement — no questions asked.

How do I request a refund or return? Simply email support@byveloria.co with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible.

Do I have to return the product to get a refund? In most cases yes, however if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may not require you to return it. Contact us with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we have confirmed your return or refund request, funds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We are very sorry to hear that. Please email support@byveloria.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes. Our checkout is fully secured with SSL encryption. Your payment details are processed by trusted payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
